With organized crime becoming more and more integrated in the city of Seoul, the dangers no longer remain underground. The Seoul streets have become a battlefield and stomping ground for the two most menacing crime groups in the Asian continent, the Red Crest Mafia and the Black Vipers. The two have had an ongoing rivalry for years, but for the first time, their feud is directly endangering the citizens and now, the Seoul Police Department has stepped in to squelch the conflict and defend the metropolis they’ve sworn themselves to. Now, the city’s people must watch helplessly as three different sides wage war against each other and fight for control of the city. Alliances are made, trusts are broken; in the midst of all the chaos and with corruption and betrayal around every corner, you must ask yourself a simple question: which side are you on?

How do we know if you haven't received an application yet? Is your pending list up to date? Just checking as I don't want to flood your inbox with the same application day after day.

The pending list is somewhat up to date but not fully, so I wouldn’t trust it completely. We add some roleplays when we have time (well, I do since I’m the pending list admin) and up to now, I haven’t had the time to add them all at once so depending on when your RP application came in, you may or may not be on there. But if you want to know if we got it or not before the update, you can message me and I will check!

Starting tomorrow, when all the admins are back together and can get to work. Some roleplays have been added/accepted here and there but the rest will be accepted in full starting tomorrow and a mass update/activity check will be going down this weekend. I’m sorry to ask you all to continue to be patient but believe me, we’re so, so grateful that you have been.

If an RP is already in the directory but they did a whole facelift with changing everything... do they have to submit every little thing again or just give the entry change form? Sorry I'm a little bit confused on what to do because my whole RP changed everything.

If you changed EVERYTHING, you’d be better off resubmitting so we can make sure all your new RP’s information is included. Just let us know in a comment on the app what and where your old RP is so we can remove it.~

if someone lies about their age i doubt the charges would go through considering the anonymity of the internet, the adult would have no idea they were rping with a minor considering they shouldn't expect a minor to seek obscene content since it is illegal. that's why i shake my head at admins that ask for rper's ages then delete the information because they could be held liable considering they're the only ones who see the age

Actually, in most cases, even if you don’t know the age of the minor, you can be held accountable, which sucks since people do lie about their age for the sake of smutting or joining an RP. I agree with you though; I think that RP admins who see that someone is underage and smutting but says nothing about it should be held accountable and should seriously step up and say something because really, it’s just the decent thing to do, I think. Especially in the position of being an admin…it comes with some responsibilities.

Question, if the roleplays formation changes. like say general to themed. Or AU to OC do we need to Resubmit the entire application? Mine personally, as absent minded as it sounds. I recently understood the meaning of OC and AU. and now i feel our s not in the right standing. because it's both AU and OC and im not sure where to inform you guys of this.

Uh, well, you can use the entry change form (on the same page as the application) to make any changes to your RP’s entry in the Directory. That includes its description, where it’s located, etc. ^^

Well, if both RP’ers are minors, the chances of any actual charges being pressed from the side of their parents are probably so slim because it’d probably be a stupid situation. If you charge my underage child with being sexual with your minor, I could easily do the same right back because they are both minors and it would just be a clusterfuck, honestly. I don’t even know if states look at minor against minor sexual instances that aren’t clearly violent because if two minors consent/get involved, online or otherwise, you’d have to charge them both and since the parent is the one doing the charge…yeah, I really feel like they wouldn’t do that to their kid haha.

What are we about? The Haven is an underground technologically advanced society. Construction starting in 1976 by ‘Alduin’. The Haven is a place for mutants or creatures to live in peace or so he thinks… Shielded from the outside world and from judgement of humans and the US/Korean army. Construction is constantly on going as more come for a better way of living, to get away from the fear of being discovered. Run by a Dhampyre, a Dijinn and the help of Eden, this place is just like the surface. With an artificial sun and moon. This large mysterious being, known as ‘Eden’ floats at the center atmosphere like a miniature sun, bathing the surrounding area in its radiant glow. It is they who are responsible for the haven’s climate, regularly adjusting weather as deemed necessary. Just as the surface sun regulates daylight, other subordinate creatures in our district maintain patterns of wind and precipitation.
